The OKS helps you build an email list — that's step 1. The ICC helps you turn that list into revenue — that's step 2. Both build on each other but solve different problems.
Do I need a specific list size?
Yes. The ICC requires an email list of at least 1,000 to 2,000 contacts. Ideally you've built this through an online summit, but other sources count too.
How long does the InnerCircle Community last?
The ICC works in 14-day cycles with regular live sessions. The program accompanies you until your product is ready, your webinar works, and your first sales are flowing.
What if I don't have a product yet?
That's exactly what the ICC is for. In the first pillar "Product Development," you create your problem list, use the Product Management Triangle, and develop a market-ready offering.
Do I have to run webinars?
Yes — webinars are the central sales instrument for your email list. The ICC teaches you the 15-15-15 structure and guides you step by step. "Under 20 webinars, nothing happens" — but each one makes you better.
Is there an online course included?
Yes. The methodological foundations (Product Management Triangle, webinar structure, matching principle) are available for self-study on the ICC course platform. Live sessions are for practice and feedback.
